Everyone has a goal or a shift that they want to see come to fruition. Having a clear vision allows you to direct your efforts in ways that serve your goals and to attract the support and resources you need. Creating a vision board can set this in motion!

Join us for this workshop, co-facilitated by Melisa and integrative psychotherapist Barbi Ralf, to help you ground in your vision for how you want your next year to feel. You will experience a Reiki-supported guided meditation that will help you gain clarity on what you want to bloom in your life and use a tarot pull to help you anchor your vision. Then you will create a visual map that will help you keep all your goals in mind and manifest them all year long!

All supplies will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring any magazines, pictures, or any other materials you'd like to add.
